Facilitate product release consumptions to client environments through code and SQL deployments
Conduct in depth bug / issue investigation and analysis
Provide testing support to QA Testers (e.g. test impact analysis)
Participate in the Software Testing Life Cycle by conducting :
Test Case Development
Test Environment Setup
Supplement the Team’s collaborative nature by exhibiting helpfulness and transparency.
Participate in completing all sprint commitments of the scrum team (e.g. software testing)
Bachelor's degree in a technology related discipline, such as IT or Engineering and 3-5+ years of related development experience
Expertise in programming using C#
Applied knowledge in SQL development and optimization
Intermediate experience in working with the full Microsoft technology stack, including .NET 4.x / C# ,SQL Server, Web API, Visual Studio, SQL Management Studio
Intermediate skills in unit testing and code reviews.
Extensive understanding of the SDLC process.
Experience using Agile Scrum software development life cycle.
Experience in Software Testing activities such as requirements gathering, test case creation, test execution, bug reporting and test closure.
Experience in functional manual testing such as Smoke Testing, System Testing, Regression Testing, User Acceptance Testing etc.
Experience in non-functional testing (e.g. Performance Testing, Load Testing, Stress Testing etc.) is a plus but not required.
Experience using Application Lifecycle management tools such as Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS)
Excellent organizational skills, multitasking ability and proven analytical, methodical thinking, problem solving and decision making skills
Excellent verbal and writing skills in English, including the ability to research, design, and write new documentation, as well as to maintain and improve existing material
Experience working with globally distributed business stakeholders and engineering teams
Experience working in a large, fast-paced project environment
Strong work ethic is a must
Proactive : Must be willing to seek out information and solutions that are pertinent to their responsibilities and key to their delivery
Team player attitude with high value on collaborative success above personal gain is a MUST
Must be able to work in a structured development environment and follow coding standards and design patterns.
