Essential and optional requirements
Three (3) years experience in a similar capacity / relevant experience.
Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management or relevant courses.
Effective communication, guest relations and leadership skills.
Amenable to work shifting schedules (Weekends & Holidays).
Facilitate daily briefings, trains and monitors performance of staff.
Ensure scheduling and rotation of outlet staff to provide full coverage, maximize productivity and efficient service.
Ensure products and services complies with required standards.
Ensure adherence to the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) and Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS).
