A Customer Onboarding Specialist will be responsible for setting up new customers ready for success through onboarding calls, training sessions, webinars, and sharing documentation.

The goal of the onboarding process is to make sure customers have appropriate access to the solution, they know how to use the product, and have access to support content they need.

This role will play a critical step in ensuring the success of our clients by getting them started and in connecting them to the appropriate Support level that they have purchased for their upcoming event.


  • Educating and training our customers on the client’s platform.
  • Confirming package and service details to ensure these are reviewed during the onboarding call.
  • Communicate and maintain coordination with internal and external clients and / or stakeholders such as event organizers
  • Be an expert in our Product and Services
  • Demonstrate excellent customer and team member service reflecting on the client's values.
  • Communicate with stakeholders and staff members with empathy, compassion, and professionalism.
  • Successfully connecting customers with the Support team or their Event Success
  • Manager for any further assistance required after the Success Call.
  • Managing a calendar and availability for scheduling Success Calls
  • Ensuring account details and records are up to date
  • Any other task or duty as directed by client or management.
  • Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s College Degree
  • At least 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience in a customer service or training capacity
  • Knowledge of Hubspot or similar CRM system is an asset
  • Must have strong attention to detail and can work well under pressure
  • Has excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to flexible to changing demands and challenges and exercise initiative
  • Exercise empathy and diplomatic exchange in all working relationships
  • Strong command of the English language, both oral and written
  • This is for a permanent work from home on a night shift Mondays to Fridays
  • Amenable to start ASAP
