  • Responsibilities1. Look after all platforms live initiatives, internal trending generation and related campaigns as well as regular competitor analysis;
  • 2. Develop strategies to increase live watch penetration, landing live campaigns and events;3. Coordinate with the cross functional teams to localize live functions, optimizing local user expeprience;
  • 4. Help build SOPs and Content Primers for creators to produce diverse content with clear content insights, ensuring strategic alignment on account growth and engagement initiatives.

    Qualifications1. 1+ years of experience in content live operation and / or within similar industry2. Strong understanding of data analytics3.

    Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships externally and internally.

    4. Sharp creative mind, accustomed to pitching / developing new ideas and formats5. Highly organized, proactive project manager : adept at balancing multiple fast-turnaround projects simultaneously6.

    Strong attention to detail and comfortable multitasking in a dynamic environment7. Expert knowledge of livestream, pop culture and internet trends.

    8. Have experience in creating digital design assets, working in a fast paced environment, strong knowledge of TikTok is an advantage.
