Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs
Research potential vendors
Track orders and ensure timely delivery
Update internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts)
Conduct market research to identify pricing trends
Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices
Prepare cost analyses
Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts
Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders
Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's / College Degree in any field.
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s) : Computer literate Knowledge in Production and Material Planning
Knowledge in Inventory Control Knowledge of Microsoft office applications (Microsoft
Excel &Word) Possess data analysis skills, Well organized with excellent multi-tasking
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Preferably less than 1 year experience specialized in Manufacturing / Production
Operations or equivalent.
