Graduate of AB / BS Psychology major in Industrial-Organizational Psychology or Business Administration major in Human Resource Management or Legal Management
Preferably with experience or strong background in various facets of human resource management (e.g. Performance Management, Policy and Compliance, Organization Development, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Relations, HRIS, and other relevant functions).
Proficient in using different Microsoft Office Applications (e.g. Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Team player with good interpersonal skills and can effectively communicate with individuals at all professional levels
Can multitask and work under pressure with minimal supervision.
Has high regard for work ethics, integrity and can hold confidential information.
