The following duties and responsibilities apply to this job :

Job-Specific Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Lead and develop the recruitment team
  • Attract and build a strong pipeline of candidates to support business growth plans
  • Evolve our recruitment strategy through social media and different talent pool sources
  • Provide recruitment metric reporting and analysis for senior management
  • Full end to end recruitment from sourcing, interviewing and offering candidates
  • Carrying out full background and reference checks in line with our clients requirements
  • Generic Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Adhere to the Company's Quality Policy and to the Quality Assurance Procedure(s) relevant to one's job and function, as outlined in the Quality Process Manual
  • Create and maintain effective working relationships with other Company employees
  • Project a professional and appropriate Company image in all dealings with clients, customers, government bodies, vendors, other third parties, and the general public
  • Ensure security of information in all matters pertaining to one's job and position
  • Ensure one's personal compliance with the provisions of health and safety legislation, including taking "reasonable care" of one's personal health and safety, as well as the health and safety of one's colleagues
  • Other duties as may be assigned
  • Security Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Identification of non-conforming processes, security or services.
  • Seek access to data only through the authorization and access control process.
  • Access only that data which s / he has a need to know to carry out job responsibilities.
  • Disseminate data to others only when authorized by the MC and / or VP.
  • Report access privileges inappropriate to job duties to the MC and / or VP for correction.
  • Attend training in security and private and restricted policies / procedures.
  • Attest in writing to knowledge of and compliance with security policies and procedures prior to accessing Private or Restricted data.
  • Role-based security permissions as required in Workday.
  • Contact with Others :

    These jobs have contact with job applicants, employment references, government bodies, vendors, other third parties, and other Company employees.
