Job Overview :
The Recruiter will provide recruiting support for FIS Philippines. Recruiting focus will be on all technical, non-technical, corporate and support functions.
Duties will include conducting hiring briefings with managers, posting and advertising of positions, pro-active sourcing of direct candidates, conducting recruitment drives, candidate screening, offer negotiations and onboarding.
The recruiter role is an integral part of the APAC team's capabilities and will support all recruitment activities across all the banking roles in Philippines.
We are a very lean and hands-on team in a recently established function, which allows a lot of opportunity for input and involvement in projects and other recruitment initiatives.
