  • Work independently, or in some cases with other researchers, build talent mapping documents which include candidate names, contacts, career summary and organization structure in target companies.
  • This is completed through a variety of avenues including internet search, cold calling, networking, database search

  • Maintain talent pools and keep candidates warm in the pipeline
  • Develop and present long-list documents for Executive Recruiters to further review and screen
  • Make full use of existing tools to generate candidate pipelines including but not limited to LinkedIn, Avature and Taleo
  • Keep up to date on new sourcing tools, technologies to improve the sourcing capabilities of the function
  • Work closely with Executive Recruiters and Coordinators to deliver a best in class candidate experience and promote the EY employer brand in the market
  • Participate in other executive recruitment team projects
  • Effective teaming with the Executive Recruiters and Coordinators, supporting them in their goals to assist business growth
  • Manage the daily operation of the team, continuously to improve the team performance
  • Work closely with counterparts in EMEIA so best practice and resources can be shared at a global level
  • Requirements

  • Experience in a search firm or research company sourcing for executive level candidates
  • Experience of leading or delivering talent mapping projects for clients
  • Comfortable to do direct approach including cold calls
  • Be able to work in a virtual team environment
  • Be creative and think out of the box so as to improve the search efficiency and hit rate
  • Learn new things quickly that understand the various roles, industries, functions, and business lines that exist within EY
  • Strong English communication skills both verbal and written
  • Confident with the Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel and PPT
  • Additional language skills will be highly preferred
