As part of our growth, your tasks will be :

  • Will serve as main point-of-contact for assigned IT vacancies
  • Conduct the necessary candidate sourcing activities including but not limited to use of the database, online advertisements, online forum, headhunting and field recruitment
  • Conduct screening methods prior to candidate endorsement including paper screen, initial phone interview, face to face interviews and administration of testing materials
  • Coordinate interview schedules between Hiring Manager and candidates
  • Maximize sources and ensure applicants and hiring managers are provided timely feedback
  • Effectively manage hiring manager
  • Ensure accuracy of trackers and on time delivery of reports
  • Ensure due diligence is maintained all throughout the process and educate hiring managers on policies and procedures
  • Bases critical decisions on numbers and historical information
  • Ensures that policies or changes are properly documented
  • Escalates issues to management when needed / if unable to resolve matters at his / her level
  • You know you are the perfect fit if you have / are :

  • Graduate of any 4 year course
  • At least 2 years of IT Recruitment is required
  • Required Skills : Head Hunting, Sourcing, Research, SEO and Boolean is a plus.
  • With demonstrable track record in achieving targets
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and other Microsoft applications.
  • Has the ability to multi-task and work independently.
  • Keen to details.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to persuade, identify gaps, recommend immediate solutions, keen to details, results and process oriented.
  • Willing to be assigned in BGC Taguig
