Job Summary Manage recruitment site(s) assigned and day-to-day operations

Oversee efficiency and compliance in the recruitment processes

Duties / Responsibilities Monitors and delivers the recruitment requirements of one or more accounts

Hold calibration sessions with training and operations and conduct baselining activities

Represents recruitment department in client meetings / sales visits

Evaluates daily reports submitted on the number of walk-in and invited applicants, applicants who passed, failed the interview, or failed to show up

  • Oversees the supervision of personnel, which includes work allocation, training, and problem resolution; evaluates performance and makes recommendations for personnel actions;
  • motivates employees to achieve peak productivity and performance

    Designs and implements systems to collect, maintain, and analyze data; generates interim progress reports, final reports, and other information related to project / s or program / s

    Recommend and implement cost-reduction initiatives and ensure resources are maximized

    Develops or assists with the development and implementation of policies and procedures to drive better efficiency and output Qualifications : Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor 's or College Degree in any field

    At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position; minimum of 2 years people management experience gained in a call center in recruitment or other departments (operations or support)

    Knowledge in program planning and implementation skills

    Experience in mass hiring or high volume recruitment is a strong advantage
