A. Ensure good internal communication between the members of the Guest Centricity Team, the internal GE team and partners.
B. Prepare agendas for project meetings and prepare schedules.

A. Support the delivery of GE collaborative projects, taking responsibility for tracking the whole project, and delivering some of the allocated GE project tasks.
B. Work with collaborative projects leaders in evaluating GE projects thru activities that measure impact to Guest Satisfaction.
3. Business Process Management
A. Enhance and facilitate Business Processes to increase guest engagement, including execution of reengineered processes in concert with operations.
