As part of our growth, your tasks will be

  • Responsible for ensuring communication and cooperation between two or more entities between the company and their official entities.
  • Responsible and shall facilitate communication between HC functional group like Finance, HR, Facilities, etc. in relation with other and Government agencies.
  • Carrying out door-to-door visits to different companies who may be involved with HC
  • Dealing with other HC departments in a positive manner and ensure customer satisfaction is achieved
  • Coordinating work, dealing with queries, responding and resolving to logistics concerns.
  • Liaising with other disciplines for co-ordination issues.
  • Assisting Facilities related works
  • Responsible for other task that may be assigned from time to time
  • You know you are the perfect fit if you are / have :

  • At least High school Graduate or finished Grade 10
  • 3 years of logistics and messengerial experience in office administration / Financing / property management.
  • Willing to work on a flexible working hours and weekends if necessary
  • Hardworking, resourceful, responsible and have a good problem solving skills
  • Strong customer service oriented
  • Negotiation and excellent listening skills
  • Good communication skills
