Job OverviewThe sales manager leads the sales team by providing guidance, training and mentorship, setting sales quotas and goals, creating sales plans, analyzing data, assigning sales territories and building their team.

He / She is tasked to oversee the activities and performance of his sales team by tracking sales goals, setting individual sales targets, and facilitate the ongoing training of his sales people.

Responsibilities and Duties Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls Meeting planned sales goals Setting individual sales targets with the sales team Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team The ongoing training of your salespeople Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education Promoting the organization and products Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our productsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business or related fieldPreferably with experience in the Telecommunications industryStrongly able to follow organizational goals and company regulationsExperience in planning and implementing sales strategiesExperience in customer relationship managementExperience managing and directing a sales teamExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDedication to providing great customer serviceAbility to lead a sales team
