Description

  • Advise Relationship Officers on sales strategy, product updates for existing and potential CFSI customers
  • Conduct daily review of Management Information Reports to monitor goals are met and identify issues / underperformance areas and assess as opportunities
  • Liaise with Product and Marketing teams to ensure sales goals are delivered
  • Ensure team’s compliance and due diligence for all documentations and processes
  • Conduct regular meetings with the team to review progress against sales goals set and help plan their approach towards achieving them
  • Monitor the performance and make sure that goals are achieved
  • Conduct coaching initiatives to help improve areas for development
  • Guide the team on all initiatives in building the business through various growth opportunities
  • Must be up to date with compliance, regulatory and operational procedures
  • Keeps up to date with new financial products such as investment, insurance and other wealth products on their features, benefits and details
  • Qualifications

  • At least 5 years experience in sales for investments and insurance
  • Knowledge of banking products and services as well as exposure to investment products and process would be an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong team player with good relationship management skills and problem-solving skills
  • Meticulous and organized
