One Contact Center has been in the business since 2000. Job Summary The Health Claims and Benefits Rep will provide customer service and assistance to callers regarding their policy questions and route calls to appropriate parties.
This role is part of a team environment, which requires group accountability to complete all necessary support and functions of the operational team as a whole.
Responsibilities and Duties Provide inbound customer service support with a smile. Listen to the needs of the caller with empathy and resolve the issues quickly.
Continuous training to gain excellent knowledge of the skills needed. Expertise in the CRM and escalate issues as directed.
Adheres to all company policy and maintain a positive attitude always. The work schedule is generally from 11pm to 8am. Working hours may change depending on the client's needs.
This position reports to a Supervisor. All calls are recorded and monitored by a QA specialist to calibrate for improvement.
Qualifications and Skills Must have Health Care Experience for at least 6 months. BPO industry experience for at least 2 years.
Preferred BS Nursing or medical related field. Excellent enunciation, grammar and communication skill. Complex problem solver skill in a customer service environment.
