As a Bilingual Customer Service Support you are responsible for responding to incoming customer calls and e-mails to support ourclients consumers with their needs in an professional and elegant manner
Support Spanish Speaking customers
Answer incoming calls & e-mails, respond to customer questions / complaints / inquiries / payments; ensure all inquiries are handled and documented per the program protocol in a timely, accurate, and professional manner
Maintain professional etiquette and provide effective customer service when corresponding with customers via e-mail or phone;
Maintain good communications with management, keeping them fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance;
Focuses on performing superior customer service and building rapport with customers.
Types customer records and notes / updates in the customer system per each call to ensure ongoing excellent team customer service
Maintain a high level of performance in team Key Performance Indicators (KPI) in handle times, quality, and attendance.Qualifications :
Fluent in written and verbal English and Spanish
High School Education or equivalent combination of experience / education
Strong computer skills including the ability to navigate the Internet and other computer programs;
Excellent comprehension & problem solving skills;
Demonstrates a genuine respect for people, their concerns, feelings, well being and appreciation of them as one of our customers;
