Manage all system related, data entry tasks for the customer on-boarding process. Your Role Manage all system related, data entry tasks for the customer on-boarding process. Your Responsibilities

  • Linking of customer ID through various applications New (On-boarding). Utilising applications such as but not limited to CoreLOG, QT, Cargowise, etc.
  • Reviewing, updating and correcting customer ID through various applications Existing (Retention). Utilising applications such as but not limited to CoreLOG, QT, Cargowise etc.
  • Setup and management of standard internal monitoring alerts for customer on-boarding
  • Creation, maintenance, setup and scheduling of all standard customer reporting (predominantly SME) via Business Objects and Tableau
  • Setup and maintenance of customer business profiles; New and Existing business as defined by the SOP
  • Distribution of customer satisfaction surveys (for all new SME customers on-boarded)
  • Support creation of customer specific Wiki pages
  • Upload of SOPs (and updated SOPs) to centralised repository. Your Skills and Experiences Bachelors Degree HolderInternational ExperienceAnalytical and Logical thinkerOccasional travel to Australia for training and development.
  • Australian work hours to suit time difference preferred but flexible.
