Position : Mandarin-Fukien Customer Associate

Salary : Php 45,000 - Php 55,000
Schedule : Shifting Schedule (2 days off per week)
Working Hours : Day Shift 6 am -3pm and Mid Shift 3pm-10pm
Responsibilities :
Responsible for any Bank related matters
Answering inquiries or concerns related to credit card
Handle credit card redemptions
Assist in redemptions of gift certificates
Discuss the credit card perks
Discuss the payment terms and card activation
Verify the account information and updates
Requirements :
Can speak, read and write in Mandarin and Fukien language.
Open to Graduates and Undergraduates (2nd year only)
CSR experience is a big plus
Open to work onsite in Taguig City
