  • WHAT WOULD THE HIRE BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?

  • Preparation of Monthly and Quarterly Business Activity statements for clients
  • Reconciliation of bank accounts and quarterly / annual accounts
  • Data entry of bank statements, invoices, receipts and other source documents
  • Review client data entry and correct if necessary
  • Preparation of quarterly / annual accounts and required workpapers
  • Preparation of Individual, Partnership, Trust and Company Tax returns
  • Preparation of annual PAYG payment summaries
  • Preparation of taxable payments annual reports
  • Other Accounting / Data Entry support as deemed by the Manager
  • WHAT IS NEEDED TO QUALIFY?

  • Minimum 1 years' experience in Accounting
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Intermediate to advanced Xero skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Willing to work the Australian hours
