Responsibilities : Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.Responding promptly to customer inquiries.

Communicating with customers through various channels.Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.

Processing customer's requests.Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.

Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.Managing a team of junior customer service representatives.

Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.Requirements : * At least a High School graduate* Can speak, read, write and understand Spanish language* Average verbal and written English communication skills* Filipino citizen or hold relevant status (Foreign Nationals with permanent residency in the Philippines)* Willing to work on graveyard shifts, weekend shifts and / or holidays* Knowledgeable in computer applications (MS Office)* Typing speed at least 25 wpm* Willing to work in Marikina City* Willing to be trained and has a positive outlook in life* Of legal age to work Application is from Mondays-Fridays 8am-5pmMax Profit Solutions, Inc.
