Oversee Operations of IT Infrastructure (Data center, Network infrastructure, servers, desktops, data communication and telecommunication)
Oversee a service requests management system. (Service Desk)
Manage IT infrastructure setup projects.
Manage performance of IT infrastructure staff.
Manage the security infrastructure and ensure that the approved security policies are complied with.
Recommend the appropriate IT infrastructure based on the business requirements of the company
BS Computer Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering course or 10 years equivalent work experience
Minimum 8 years IT Infrastructure management experience in the Financial industry
Experience in and knowledge of service delivery management.
Minimum 8 years successful leadership of an IT Infrastructure team.
Has hands-on experience in troubleshooting hardware and operating systems.
Must have experience defining, implementing and executing mission critical SLAs, fully redundant architectures / systems, Disaster Recovery Plans, Business Continuity Plans, Systems / Application health monitoring and advanced troubleshooting techniques for IT systems / architectures.
Strong knowledge and experience with IT infrastructure architecture, processes, implementation and support in areas such as Data Center consolidation, systems management, desktop systems management, networking, data security, data storage and retrieval, application enablers, system enablers, systems monitoring and disaster recovery.
