The District Manager (DM) Drives sales team towards 100% achievement of sales objectives of assigned territories by promoting products, implementing professional sales techniques and building long term business relationship.
He / She is esponsible in planning, leading, organizing and controlling sales staff in the most effective way of hitting sales and profitability targets.
The DM organizes entire Territorial assignment ensuring equitable distribution of workload and maximum sales generation per Sales Person / Territory.
Candidate must have minimum 3 years’ managerial experience in sales in the Agri-product Industry;
Candidate must be graduate of any Agriculture, Management or Marketing Degree;
An MBA degree would be an advantage, but not a requirement;
Candidate must have proven track record in sales and in managing a sales team focusing on a district / region;
Must be able to innovate creative sales solutions and improve current sales and negotiation strategies to increase team efficiency;
Analytical, results-oriented and strategic thinker;
Must have good people management skills and experience in team coaching.
Collaborative and a team player;
Willing to be field as the position requires the candidate to do tandem fieldwork with Sales Reps, conduct client visits and local travels;
Can start IMMEDIATELY.
