Responsibilities ACCOUNTING Dunning & Portfolio Collections Management Communicate with customer to ensure timely collections of company receivables Check of credit risk, review of credit limit and exposure Make recommendations for account hold / blocks based on credit status, account balance and customer’s payment habit Work with customers, sales and operations to resolve disputes that may arise from billing issues, documentation issues, etc Reconcile payments received against invoices being paid Performs other duties as assigned by direct superiors and managers Regular liaisons with the state authorities, the bank and other partners Able to conduct basic investigation and resolution for issues encountered Understand customer behavior and build rapport with customer contact REPORTING AND DOCUMENTATION Documenting and monitoring internal controls in support of audit team COMPLIANCE AND AUDITS Assisting with financial and tax audits PROJECT AND CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT Coordinating more complex accounting projects and initiatives with other members of the accounting and finance team or with other departments Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to optimize service qualityQualifications EDUCATION Degree in the field of accounting, finance and economics, or business-
related courses EXPERIENCE Minimum 2 years of B2B collections experience Previous experience in working with ERP, preferably SAP FI module Good accounting background Previous working experience preferably in a global organization in a B2B or shared services setup.
Logistics industry experience / knowledge is an advantage. SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE Good knowledge of accounting, including fiscal aspects Good technical knowledge of MS office Effective analytical and problem-
solving skills Ability to understand complex environments Good command of the English language Assertive communication and good negotiation
