Key Responsibilities :
Achieve Sales Targets for the Division
Analyzes sales results and recommends course corrections
Coordinates and executes plans to meet or exceed sales targets
Works with business team to develop sales objectives and operational plans to implement the strategies
Monitors sales activities (e.g., sales calls) and provides feedback to sales representatives.
Manages sales representatives’ skill development and identifies necessary training

Manages division budget
Requirements and Qualifications :
BA / BS University degree. Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or Science-related Degrees may be an advantage
Must have at least 3 years of experience in a similar job role. Advantage if candidate has background on Medical and Healthcare Industry.
Must have at least 5 years experience in Distribution Management.
Key deliverables are sales and gross margin achievement, inventory management, distribution management and team development.
