Main Accountabilities :

  • Primary business partner for CHIP organization and functional & operational leaders
  • Serves as the CHIP operational and administrative compliance officer to interface and coordinate with local government, regulatory & compliance (e.
  • g., PEZA, LGU, BIR, and SEC) agencies, statutory entities, and audits.

  • Facilitates administrative compliance to meet local regulatory reportorial requirements through external and internal partnerships which includes but not limited to completion of annual financial audit, business permit requirements, etc.
  • Ensures accurate reporting for capacity planning, site expansion, headcount, and value realization
  • Prepares LOA Application, liquidations, and other documents required by PEZA
  • Reviews all importation permits, farm-in, and farm-out documents
  • Responds to all PEZA inquiries and inspection requests
  • Facilitates completion of certificate renewal of VAT zero-rates and available incentives
  • Establishes proper control framework, oversees testing and compliance of internal controls including overseeing remediation of any audit findings, as required, through collaboration with relevant parties in CHIP and onshore.
  • Maintains CHIP compliance monitoring checklist for LGU, PEZA, BIR, and SEC
  • OverseesCHIP fixed asset inventory in partnership with partner vendor.
  • Supervises 1-2 direct reports
