Job Description

  • Analyze, evaluate and prioritize inquiries created by customer service team.
  • Acknowledge and provide first level analysis on issues reported by the customer : Determine if a failure is related to :
  • A configuration problem
  • A user error
  • A software error / bug
  • Take ownership of the issues from opening to closure, through the incident tracking system, to ensure Service Level Agreement is met.
  • Collect information from customer service team for debugging and analysis purposes.
  • Communicate with customer service team and provide a work-around (if any).
  • Set-up the procedures and processes to manage the lifecycle of the issue reported from opening to closure while respecting the SLA.
  • Execute to the highest standards across the entire software development lifecycle to verify the quality of the APIs.
  • Monitor daily the production environment.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science or equivalent
  • At least 3 years in a similar support role in software development
  • At least 3 years in a developer role (Java or .Net)
  • Very good English communication skills (listening, writing, speaking)
  • Previous remotely professional experience is a strong plus
  • DevOps experience is required
  • Azure DevOps experience is a strong plus
  • Azure experience is a strong plus
  • Mulesoft experience is a strong plus
  • Good knowledge in API (especially Rest API) is required
  • API experience is a strong plus
  • Payment industry experience is a plus
  • Mandarin is a plus
  • Normal working hours + on-call duty
  • This is a remote position.
