Main Objectives :

1. Develop skills to independently manage project from scoping to post


  • Complete training program to independently manage assigned projects in accordance with Qualfon’s PMO (Project Management Office) methodology.
  • 2. Scope projects

  • Assists in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • 3. Manage projects

  • Manage internal cross-functional resources and third parties / vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Develop a detailed project schedule to monitor and track progress
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Ensure change management processes are followed
  • Facilitate post mortem review of projects
  • Manage projects across the company footprint in various countries
  • 4. Manage relationships Successfully manage the relationship with the client, project team and all stakeholders

    5. Develop Risk Analysis and Mitigation Steps

  • Perform risk analysis meetings, document potential risks
  • Work with cross-functional leaders and client to develop mitigation steps and triggers
  • Area of expertise (Skills)

  • Excellent educational background with study in project management related areas
  • Contact center management experience
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills - English
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking
  • skills

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office including MS Project and Visio
  • Other Skills and Experiences (Min)

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in the fields of project management, business or information technology project management.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
  • BPO Operational management or IT experience helpful
