Primary Functions : 1.Application Management
1.1Provide comprehensive report and endorse to appropriate division for resolution on application and infrastructure issues encountered
1.2Closely coordinate with other divisions for bug fixes
1.3Report to appropriate division recurring application and infrastructure issue for enhancement and improvements
1.4Creation, activation and suspension of application users on all DSWD application in production stage
2.1Immediate response, assessment and resolution to TA request
2.2Communicate with end-users about their computer condition and advise proper care for ICT equipment
2.3 Escalation of all TA requests that cannot be resolved to appropriate division
2.4Provide technical assistance and support services
2.5 Assess and prepare TA report on specification and recommendation for ICT equipment, parts, peripherals and service based on standards
