Job Description

The HR Business Partner Manager will coach line managers and career counselors, enable them to guide employees, facilitate engagement, people programs and activities.

Provide advisory support to executives. Manage employee life cycle activities i.e. employee orientation, integration and engagement activities, annual Performance Achievement and associated compensation processes.

Develop and execute employee satisfaction initiatives. Handle employee concerns and queries by promoting HR contact center as first point of contact.


  • Graduate of any bachelor’s degree course
  • At least 8 years of proven work experience as an HR Business Partner
  • Must have experience in the following : o Change Management o Program Management o Succession Planning o Discipline and Grievance Management o Employee Relations & Labor Relations o Transitions and Transfers / Talent Management
  • Knowledgeable of Labor Law as this is the backbone of HR People Advisors
  • Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices
  • Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
  • Strong People Management and Leadership Skills
