Your primary responsibilities will center around GrabFood merchant partners, building and developing relationships that will ensure their continued success on the platform, through consistent and best-

in-class support and profitability initiatives. You will build reporting processes and conduct analyses that will provide merchant partners with insights to improve success metrics, and assist with suggested initiatives to be carried out as a result.

in-class support and profitability initiatives. You will build reporting processes and conduct analyses that will provide merchant partners with insights to improve success metrics, and assist with suggested initiatives to be carried out as a result.

The day-to-day activities : - Relationship-building : the account management team will continuously engage our merchants and listen to their needs, collect and address feedback, and address concerns put forward.

  • You will ensure that merchant partners are growing with the company. You will take a data driven approach to estimate ROI and KPI analysis for each partner in order to grow basket size, increase volumes, and create loyal customers.
  • Marketing and Promotions : Taking insights drawn from analyses, you will propose, create, and execute promotions and campaigns that will drive growth and profitability metrics.
  • Ensure consistent and top-quality support : Your team will be the front-line in addressing partner concerns and issues.
  • Liaising with operations, customer service and merchant partners, you will ensure issues are resolved promptly over email, phone, or in person.

  • You will work with our product, operations, and merchant acquisition teams to make sure merchants have the best possible experience on the GrabFood platform.
  • Manage team performance : You will be most likely working with a team from a very early stage. It’s crucial to help build the team, tools and processes that will boost efficiency and allow your team members to grow and improve alongside the company.
  • The must haves : - 4-5 years (for Account Management Lead role) of sales, business development, account management or operations -

    Experienced in handling and dealing with external partners - An exceptional track record of driving revenue through partnerships -

    The ability to multi-task and able to work under pressure and constantly changing environment - Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential -

    Passion for the on-demand delivery space, and food delivery in particular - A strong background and proficiency in communications and negotiations
