Job Description
Works closely with UI / UX, product management and development teams to create elegant, usable, responsive, and interactive interfaces across multiple devices.
Determines the structure and design of web pages. Develops features and design choices to ensure and enhance acceptable user experience.
Designs mobile-based features.
Translates UI / UX designs into prototypes, creating excellent interactions from designs, writing usable content modules and maintainability of the code.
Builds and renders high-quality graphics, visual elements, mockups and designs different prototype. Ensures consistency of these elements with brand guidelines.
Integrates apps and websites with backend applications and services. Works with backend developers using API and data to enable bi-directional flow of input & output as part of creating good user experience.
Acts as Subject Matter Expert for Front-End Development for JFC PH. Keeps abreast with latest and emerging technologies related to front-end software development, i.
e. HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Kotlin, Swift, Java, Flutter / Dart, React, React Native, etc.
Preferred Qualifications
College graduate, Degree in BS in Computer Science / Engineering or IT related courses.
At least 10 years’ hands-on practitioner experience as front-end developer
Technical Competencies :
Agile Software Development of App / Web / APIs using microservices, databases, web servers, app servers, message queues, & other cloud-based technologies
Have to have the experience on DAU 200k product
Software Development (front-end)
Web, mobile and native application stacks
speaking Chinese / Mandarin is a BONUS!
Manage and Create clear visibility into status and progress.
Foster a continuous improvement cycle to build organizational efficiency in an informal environment where change is the norm.
Preferred Qualifications
At least 10 years of previous software engineering or related experience
Has managed or lead a team of software engineers, ideally delivering large scale systems
Have to have the experience on DAU 200k product
Deep understanding of Generic Java 8+, Java EE, Servlets, JSP, REST Services
Strong design and Core Java / J2ee and JavaScript skills
speaking Chinese / Mandarin is a BONUS!
Excellent analytical skills, professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills required
