Responsibilities

This is a full time role and would involve leading various tasks like the following (indicative - but not limited to :

  • People Management - Supervise and directly manage Service Desk team members onshore and offshore (15-20 FTE).
  • Develop Service Desk agents in their core and technical domain competencies
  • Minimum Qualifications :

  • Must have at least a highschool diploma
  • Preferably with IT Certification (ITIL, Cisco, etc)
  • Relevant experience in People Management within IT / Service Desk domain
  • Qualifications :

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Technical Expertise - Proficient in networking skills (IP Add, Static vs dynamic IP, TS routers, switches and wired / unwired networks
  • Knowledge in supporting executives of the company to any IT related queries; Microsoft Outlook (Network Mapping, Active Directory)
  • Knowledgeable in Windows 10 and Office 365
  • Strong attention to detail
