Primary Duties and Responsibilities : 1. Meet the agreed annual target set for BPO accounts. 2. Account management responsibilities specifically to all Tier 1 accounts.
This would include taking service issues and coordinating accordingly to the service group. 3. Proper coordination with Partner team and Partners to execute projects.
4. Coordination with projects team during project execution, serving as point of contact of customer with Vertiv. 5.Provides assistance when needed for invoice and payment processing.
6.Ensures proper handover of project upon completion.
