About the Role
Internally known as CSR Controls Manager. Have management, leadership and strategic responsibilities for a small to medium unit of nonexempt and exempt staff.
Works independently with considerable latitude, managing various production initiatives and projects requiring coordination of resources, budgets and deadlines.
Participates in review, recommendation and implementation of units’ operational systems and processes. Direct leadership experience, managing people with a demonstrated ability to coach and develop team members with varying levels of experience.
Will work closely with US team to develop and implement department risk strategic initiatives
Leadership, oversight and management on process- and EGS-related matters such as implement and monitor policies and procedures
Responsible for training and coaching staff, writing and conducting performance evaluations, making employment decisions and setting performance standards.
Escalations handling and problem resolution
Other ad hoc tasks assigned by manager
Market Skills and Certifications
Graduate of any 4 year course preferably; Management, Finance, Business Administration or Economics
3+ years of BPO experience
2+ years of supervisory or team lead experience
FINRA Series 7 License and 9 / 10 or 24 are required
Flexible to work night shift or shifting schedule
Amenable to work in McKinley Hill, Taguig City
