1.Install Tintri and Gemalto products at customer sites, ensure that they are working effectively, and provide any necessary training and instruction to users.
2.Carry out the on-site repair of Tintri and Gemalto products and ensure that there are working effectively.
3.Respond to technical enquiries from customers and ensure that any problems presented are resolved to their satisfaction.
4.Undertake the testing of company products and equipment, as requested, to ensure that they are working effectively.
5.Reports problems with company products to relevant company staff to ensure that these are resolved.
6.Maintain an awareness of developments in company products to ensure that the company continues to provide up-to-date services.
7. Must be confident in conducting product presentation to a small and big crowd.
