About the role

The Senior Equipment Engineer for Sustaining will be in-charge of the Equipments’ performance and capability sustenance for Quality, Productivity and Delivery.

The incumbent must deliver per agreed KPI, Quality, Delivery Effciency and Cost Improvement.

What you will do

  • Lead a team of technicians for Molding to Midend Equipment Sustaining
  • Conduct machine availability / utilization, MTBA monitoring and improvement
  • Analyze and plan Functional Improvement and Cost Down
  • Perform Equipment Documentation (i.e. Work Instructions / FMEA / Troubleshooting procedures)
  • Conduct New Equipment Training and best practices fan out to technicians
  • Plan and execute for Technical Support Skills development
  • Perform Spare Parts Management
  • Ensure machine conformance to safety and quality requirements
  • Reporting of performance to the management
  • Area of Responsibility : Molding to Midend
  • What you will need

  • Engineering Graduate
  • Min 5 Yrs Experience in Semiconindustry
  • Proficient in electro-pneumatics, mechanical and electronics systems
  • With high level knowledge on Molding and Trim and Form process and systems
  • Computer literate
  • Good inwriting and communication skill
  • Leadership Skills and Interpersonal skills
  • Time Management & Organizational skills
