Position Summary

  • This position is responsible for providing research assistance to answer basic queries; electronic access to various databases;
  • and overall administrative support of operational business processes.

    Our work includes stewarding and championing the latest legal, client and market knowledge to providing front-line support for our practice teams.

    Duties and Accountabilities

    Provide basic research assistance (For example, obtains cases, statutes, regulations, and articles)

    Generate login credentials and liaise with vendors to troubleshoot access-related problems

    Triage complex research requests to available librarians

    Obtain court documents

    Maintain data to support business processes for electronic and print resource management

    Handle procurement activities including accounts payable processing

    Create, curate, and maintain newsletters

    Perform related duties as required and handle administrative and other projects as assigned


    Work week will include Saturdays and Sundays while rest days fall on weekdays

    Willing to work during EMEA / US or Asia Pacific business hours

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Well-developed and professional interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with people at all organizational levels of the firm

    Flexibility to work additional hours as needed to meet business needs

    Demonstrated proficiency in the use of standard PC applications including Microsoft Office, Excel, E-mail, Internet, and document management system software

    Ability to quickly learn new technologies

    Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

    Consistent accuracy and meticulous attention to detail while maintaining a very high level or productivity

    Strong service orientation with commitment to exceptional customer service

    Solid interpersonal, written and oral communication skills

    Flexibility and willingness to accommodate changing priorities

    Ability to work independently as well as within a team

    Analytical, troubleshooting, organizational, and planning skills

    This role will report in Manila office
