Job Description

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for receiving, planning, and scheduling of PO. He/She is also responsible in scheming and scheduling delivery of eggs. The position will also coordinate with inventory for confirmed orders for scheduling and with sales team.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Customer Management

  • Receives requests for quotations, orders, order changes/adjustments and cancellation directly from customers
  • Informs customers on the details of the ordered goods either thru phone, fax or email.
  • Establishes and maintains rapport with customers by attending to their complaints and giving them the best possible service
  • Revenue Generation

  • Calls and books orders from the sales team daily 
  • Order Management

  • Coordinates with the Production and transport teams for the day’s product dispatch and forecast for the following days to ensure that the feeds ordered will be served
  • Prepares Sales Order and Plant Loading Ticket using the Oracle System and distributes them to the Warehouseman on duty for accurate loading of goods
  • Coordinates with the Credit & Collection team regarding credit status of customers before releasing any goods.
  • Logistics Management

  • Coordinates with the CSR – Logistics for the delivery of egg sales orders
  • Organizes the efficient distribution and availability of finished goods to all sales areas at the least cost
  • Inventory Management

  • Keeps finished goods inventory at optimum level.
  • Other Duties

  • Performs other job-related duties as may be assigned.
  • May help other Customer Service Representatives when needed

  • Qualifications

    EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Economics or any business-related course
  • WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :

  • At least 6 months experience in customer facing roles
