Job Description

  • Support Customer Experience Manager
  • Lead the team in answering all queries relating to customer enquiries including online orders to deliver an exceptional customer experience
  • Manage all enquiries across all channels including phone, email and social media
  • Liaise with Buyers, Allocators and Australia Post to resolve queries where necessary
  • Ongoing training and coaching for team members
  • Social media monitoring, responding
  • Requirements

  • At least four years experience in a Customer Service environment, ideally in retail, e-commerce or warehouse environment
  • Prior experience with Zendesk or a similar multi-channel support ticketing system
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Has knowledge in social media management tools
  • High transactional websites and customer service
  • Willing to work at Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay City.
