Support Customer Experience Manager
Lead the team in answering all queries relating to customer enquiries including online orders to deliver an exceptional customer experience
Manage all enquiries across all channels including phone, email and social media
Liaise with Buyers, Allocators and Australia Post to resolve queries where necessary
Ongoing training and coaching for team members
Social media monitoring, responding
At least four years experience in a Customer Service environment, ideally in retail, e-commerce or warehouse environment
Prior experience with Zendesk or a similar multi-channel support ticketing system
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Has knowledge in social media management tools
High transactional websites and customer service
Willing to work at Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay City.
