Prepare, review and present the quality analyst result of the agent

With at least 2 years experience as a Quality Analyst
Experience in customer service is a plus (preferably in contact centres, includes time in a quality assurance role)
Willing to work for a well known account
Willing to work in BGC, Taguig and shifting schedule
Can start as soon as possible
