Education :

  • Bachelor’s / College Degree Holder, Management or any Business course or any Engineering discipline
  • Job Related Experience :

  • At least 1 to 1.5 years on a Developmental (Officer-In-Charge) role
  • Specific Knowledge :

  • General knowledge of a digital and global contact center, customer support / service function
  • High competence in usage of MS Outlook and MS Office applications
  • Demonstrated systems and process knowledge
  • Knowledge in various software applications such as : SharePoint, MS Teams, Office 365
  • Strong command in customer experience through different digital assets
  • Effective drive of projects / implementations in a global scale.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle business systems (OSC, OFSC, CRM Cloud) and digital tools (Call, Email, Chat, Online Store)
  • Skills

  • Above average communication skills (oral & written) and excellent telephone skills
  • People and results-oriented
  • Experience working with several levels within an organization, from frontline up to senior management
  • Detail-oriented
  • A team player, with a positive attitude
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
  • A strong desire to lead and a generally positive outlook in life
