The Marketing Manager will report to Head of Sales in Manila.
Zilingo is making the fashion supply chain Fair, Connected and Transparent using Technology, Data and Financial Services.
We are working to improve the entire supply chain for fashion, from the cotton farm to the closet. Our business model has three main pillars : Commerce, Services and Sustainability.
Commerce. We operate a global technology-enabled sourcing business, and the largest B2B marketplace for fashion in South and Southeast Asia, which connects yarn mills, fabric mills, factories, brands and merchants through a discovery and transaction platform.
Services (Saas, MaaS, Fintech). We develop and deploy Software as a Service to factories and brands to help improve operational efficiency;
help brands and factories enhance branding Marketing as a Service; and use technology to connect makers and merchants with access to working capital.
Sustainability. We provide brands with transparency into the sustainability of their supply chain. We also bring sustainable fabric and recycling to global brands, and are launching a Sustainability Fund which enables factories to improve sustainability with investment.
Job Overview / Purpose
We’re looking for a motivated, well-organised person for the position of Marketing Manager . Zilingo is aiming to be the largest online fashion and lifestyle marketplace in Asia.
You must be flexible and excited about working in a fast paced, start-up environment and focused on providing a great experience for our customers.
Responsibilities for this position :
Responsible fully for B2C marketing strategies and activities and work with the team to make sure target is met every month.
Responsible for Zilingo Factory Software and Zilingo Financial Service’s marketing strategy and execution.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties / vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within target.
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives.
Report and escalate to management as needed.
Manage the relationship with stakeholders (internal and external; clients, business partners).
Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
Manage key projects within the business, across all departments.
Conduct market and business research.
Analyse data in relations to projects and assignments.
Help develop processes and projects in relations to all areas of the business.
Establish guidelines, policies and content for all areas of the business.
Coordinating with marketing, operations, tech and other departments on collaborations, developments etc.
Create and conduct training for various areas of the business.
Implement and develop collaborations with various 3rd parties.
Must haves for this position
Bachelor's Degree in any major (preferably in Economics or Business).
Some working experience in the customer service sector.
Have at least 3+ years of relevant work experience.
Preferably with a familiarity in the e-commerce field.
Proven working experience in project management.
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially in Excel, PowerPoint and Project.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and with excellent and organized follow-up skills.
Must have a positive attitude, proactive, fast learner and critical thinking.
Dynamic and flexible yet commit and responsible with ability to work in emerging markets.
Strong numerical and analytical mindset.
Experience working independently and delivering projects in a timely manner.
Must have a positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and develop.
