  • Cold calling and / or email marketing
  • Conduct in person and phone meetings to promote and sell Magenic’s services to new and existing clients, make proposals, qualify leads, respond to RFPs
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from identifying target prospects, opportunities, qualifying and pursuing opportunities and securing contracts and signatures from new and existing customers
  • Make outbound lead follow-up calls to potential customers to understand their needs and to existing clients to ensure their needs are being met
  • Handle inbound sales lead calls performing all the above duties
  • Proactively communicate on an agreed upon frequency, with existing customers to identify new sales opportunities, provide customer service and ensure contract renewals
  • Accountable for monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals within an assigned territory
  • Accountable for daily, weekly, monthly activity and pipeline generation goals measured through Magenic’s CRM system (CRM)
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Magenic’s services and technologies, competitive services and technologies and industry trends
  • Responsible for communicating and assisting in managing customer expectations on the date of delivery, based on knowledge of Magenic’s delivery timelines in collaboration with delivery leadership
  • Report activities on a daily basis through CRM
  • Maintain and develop strong professional relationships with key clients
