Vice President, Operations
The VP Operations is responsible for driving the overall performance of the call center. This role will report directly to the Senior VP of Operations located in Canada and will join Quantrics to lead a large-scale Operations.
The ideal candidate is a highly analytical, results-oriented leader who will join our executive team.
This role is in our Taytay site and will be having occasional travel to other sites.
You will have an opportunity to
Responsible for driving the overall strategy for Operations and working in collaboration with various departments and leaders in the development and implementation of strategic plans
Works closely with Operations Director Team, Workforce, Training and HR in driving initiatives that impacts culture and performance
Drives sustainable solutions that increases performance and productivity while managing cost and risk
Plans, directs, coordinates, and oversee operations activities within 2,000 employee group, ensuring development and implementation of efficient operations and cost-effective systems to meet current and future needs of the organization
Builds and develops a world class Operations Team thru mentoring, rigorous training, development planning for team members, as well as succession planning
Establishes, implements, and communicates the strategic direction of the organizations operations division. Collaborates with executive leadership to develop and meet company goals while supplying expertise and guidance on operations projects and systems.
Plays a key role in driving the overall Operations culture and ensures that it aligns with the company values and promotes a good balance of support and accountability
Proactively maintains regular engagement with key stakeholders from parent company to align priorities and deliver on expectations
Maintains regular touchpoints with direct reports and their subordinates
Works with the Operations Leaders to ensure that escalations are addressed real time and with urgency. Assesses opportunity for process improvement to avoid recurrence.
Joins weekly performance reviews with the Operations Leaders and Operations Support Teams to ensure that everyone is delivering to performance expectation
You will be a great fit on our team if
Experience leading and developing leadership teams
Prior experience in BPO required
Minimum 5-10 years as a business leader with experience scaling companies
Experience implementing and executing core processes and operating systems
Results-focused with a proven ability to analyze P&L statements and implement changes that help drive company revenue
Skilled at leading and coaching high-performance teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
