Successful candidates will be responsible for handling service support calls. Job Functions :

  • Responsible for handling service support calls.
  • Provide customers with cutting edge service in a friendly, confident and knowledgeable manner.
  • Conduct Data Entry, Documentation, and case management.
  • Resolved complaints by varying problem and explaining the best solution QUALIFICATIONS :
  • Candidates must be Bachelor’s degree or finished at least 2nd year level in college (any field)
  • Excellent in English written and oral communication skills
  • Call Center experience is an advantage
