To cope with our fast growth, we are currently looking for a Client Service Coordinator to join our global Certification team.

The Company

We’re a global provider of quality control and compliance services that helps brands and retailers manage their supply chains.

Every year, we deliver some 300,000 inspections, audits, and lab tests.

QIMA's Operations team is a place where you can grow your technical and management skills while helping us bring trust to global trade.

We would like you to join our team to help us ensure the quality of our clients’ supply chains by performing on-site product inspections of apparel and other softlines.

The Job

You will be dedicated to understanding the customer’s enquiries and problems and troubleshoot them with an optimal and effective solution.

Your main responsibilities will include (but not limited) to :

  • Answer timely and professionally to clients’ enquiries received through the customer support software;
  • Reply to simple requests from clients in a timely manner;
  • Identify top priorities requests and make sure that they’re addressed in the most efficient way;
  • Escalate technical enquiries and assign support tickets to the appropriate internal teams;
  • Follow up with the customers, take note of their suggestions to continuously improve the quality of service;

  • The Candidate

    In order to succeed in this role, you must have :

  • A university degree in Business Administration, Engineering or any related field;
  • A proven track record of minimum 1 year in a Customer Service role;
  • Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills;
  • Strong ability to work well under pressure, pay attention to details, and meeting tight deadlines;
  • A knack for organization and time management to assess workload and resources accordingly;
  • A passion for customer support and you must be qualitative minded with high attention to detail and proven problem-solving skills;
  • Fluency in German Language;
