The opportunity

Focused on driving business success, the Sr. HR Business Partner provides strategic and operational HR leadership to an assigned geographic client base.

Reporting to the HR Senior Director, this is currently an individual contributor role that will work in collaboration with all functional teams within HR including Talent Acquisition, Organizational Effectiveness and Learning, Compensation & Benefits and HR Operations in delivering best in class initiatives and support.

You are great at

  • Partnering with key executives in their geography, demonstrating clear business acumen and an ability to drive results
  • Being an internal consultant and HR resource for senior leaders, managers and employees, responding proactively to the unique needs of the location
  • Leading the business through the delivery of key programs in support of strategic goals such as talent planning, talent management, employee engagement and organizational design efforts
  • Executing key HR Programs and initiatives in alignment with global HR and business requirements
  • Acting as an employee advocate
  • What it takes

  • 8 years of progressive human resource experience in a generalist capacity
  • Strength in Employee / Industrial / Labor Relations especially in Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards is an advantage
  • Knowledge and experience on Talent Acquisition and Management, Organizational Design and Restructuring, Training as well as Employee Engagement and People Manager / Leadership development
  • Clear business acumen, evidencing the use of insights in the business environment to improve talent and business outcomes
  • Strong stakeholder credibility and network. To be influential in optimizing stakeholder collaboration. To have an ability to create and present powerful reports and presentations that drive stakeholders to action and be thoughtful in overcoming objections and secure stakeholder agreement to HR recommendations
  • Proven ability and experience in leading and taking initiatives / projects forward that is value adding to the business and the organization
  • Work in Makati, shift flexibility but predominantly mid-shift
