of Recruitment Officer· Develops and executes recruiting plan.· Assigned in recruiting executive assistant, recruitment officers and Financial Advisors requisitions· Assists the Recruitment Supervisor & Manager in creating recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position· Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and short-listing candidates · Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question.
Conducts pre-screening interviews · Maintains all pertinent applicant and interview data in the Recruitment Tracking database · Performs Initial Reference check on each of the candidates who passed the pre-screening · Responsible for attracting candidates and matching them to temporary or permanent positions jobs with client companies.
