The successful candidate will be responsible for :
Supporting the region with efforts of continued and successful attraction (marketing) of Top Talent from across APAC for Shell.
Supporting the strategic recruitment marketing direction across APAC via effective and efficient implementation of relevant and suitable products, communication programs, management of the Shell employer brand and selective use of channels.
Managing activation of campaigns and events for graduates, interns and external hires in APAC / Americas.
Coordinating all Campus, Conferences and event planned in APAC supporting Graduates, Experienced Professionals and Operation and Crafts activities.
Content creation and website updates (Shell Careers country sites per region and regional Shell YouTube) are critical tasks of the Marketing Coordinator
Help coordinate social media calendar with region external / internal agencies
Working in collaboration with Recruiters, the Marketing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all campus, conferences and attraction events in the region in alignment with annual plan.
a. Using current suppliers with automated processes wherever possible
b. Processes and systems support needed for :
Online ordering by the Campus Ambassador
Stock management by the supplier
c. Reporting & Control processes for marketing (quality of delivery, first time right, quantities and items
delivered (usage / burn rate), stock levels
d. Reporting on event quality assessment (inputs from Campus Ambassadors / senior leaders at event /
Recruiters / Marketing)
Act as liaison with the venue / careers service / event organizers in order to register for events, and coordinate all logistics.
Responsible to fulfill requests related to event promotion, and sponsorships
Responsible for managing inventory of marketing collateral, working with event supplier to ensure correct collateral delivered / collected is in accordance with the requirement of each activity including brochure, iPad, display materials, pop-up booth.
Manage logistics and shipping of materials from / to event to ensure collateral received back into the warehouse is counted and returned to the stock and any damages / issues are reported
Effectively manage event marketing calendar and allocated budget to deliver marketing strategies and ensure the delivery of key KPI’s including marketing cost-
per-hire. Ability to analyze spend, identify and implement changes to ensure strong ROI.
Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders to deliver results and meet shared and respective business objectives of the event.
Marketing Coordinator will work with Recruiters developing event briefs, to ensure stakeholders work together making each and every event a success, and there’s clarity in the objectives of the events.
Ensure that pre-event briefing document is kept current and that Campus Ambassadors and whoever else involved in the event, are familiar with the document and use as point of reference, and that any and all changes made are communicated to relevant parties on a timely basis.
Responsible to coordinate & complete post event feedback from participants.
Effectively support managing external vendors to deliver results including media, internal / external creative, webinar, CRM (leveraging Shell Talent Community -
STC) and events companies
Support with STC / CRM updates and custom programs
Accountable for consolidating and reporting monthly spend report including necessary year end accruals
